Senior AI Agent & Web Application Engineer
Nagoya, Aichi | Full-Time | 2028 Launch (Pre-registration Open)
If you've felt disillusioned by multi-layered SIer subcontracting where you never see end-users, or if you believe software development should mean more than blindly following specs, we want to hear from you.
Annual Salary
¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
Age and education do not influence compensation. Salary is determined by the scope of responsibility you handle.
Key Characteristics of the Role
- Direct field engagement: Engineers participate in initial consultations to hear user needs firsthand.
- Zero outsourcing: Every system is engineered in-house, maintaining total ownership.
- Maximum AI utilization: We harness Claude Code, Cursor, Dify, and n8n to deliver rapid, high-quality builds.
- High autonomy: As part of a focused team, you manage projects end-to-end from design to delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional IT experience (development, architecture, or requirements analysis)
- Practical experience building with AI agents or LLM APIs (n8n, Dify, LangChain, etc.)
- Strong sense of ownership to carry projects to completion
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Domain knowledge in healthcare, nursing, professional services, or construction
- Backend engineering experience with Spring Boot or Node.js
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Vercel, or Railway
- Business fluency in English or additional languages
