Bringing world-class engineering to Japan's SMEs.

Born in 1981, native to Nagoya.

Over 17 years based in Berlin, Germany, I served as a lead full-stack engineer at a major SIer, directing teams of diverse nationalities and languages and building large-scale enterprise systems across Europe.

In recent years, the evolution of AI agents has ushered in a fundamental transformation of conventional business processes. Yet the implementation of such advanced technology remains centered on large enterprises, and significant barriers still stand in the way of adoption by SMEs.

Closing this mismatch and delivering AI that is genuinely useful on the ground—that, I believe, is the mission modern engineering must fulfill.

To take on the challenges facing our local communities and SMEs with world-class engineering and a deep commitment to the field, I founded Neurosynch Inc. in my hometown of Nagoya. We turn cutting-edge AI into dependable, practical value that contributes to your sustainable growth.
