Follow-up visit
Within 3 daysWe bring the assessment report and explain the cost savings per task and the benefits beyond labor cost. Depending on your location, we may explain it online instead.

- The free assessment is limited to once per company
- The on-site interview takes about 2 hours
- Even if you stop after the assessment, there is no charge at all
What to prepare
- Samples of the documents you use day to day (order forms, quotes, Excel sheets, etc.)
- The person in charge of the work, if possible (even 30 minutes is fine)
- Confidential documents are only viewed on site—we never take them with us
Based on the results, we propose the best way forward. We start with the task that offers the highest return, then expand the scope of automation while checking the results. Automation can use our products (NS-Order, NS-Quote, NS-Total) or be custom-built to fit your business.
